Joe and his staff are great to work with. As someone who was getting my first pair of hearing aids I was apprehensive and had a ton of questions. Joe answered every question I threw at him and thoroughly explained how my hearing aids operated. He brought me back in a couple of times to fine tune them and I’m completely satisfied with the services received! Highly recommend Joe and his team!

So I've had many hearing aides in my lifetime and I have had many audiologist. But I have to say I found a great audiologist with Joe Morales at Audiology Hearing Aid Center in Euless. His staff is so helpful and kind. Always working around my schedule for my upcoming appointments. Dr. Joe Morales knows his hearing aides and deals with many brands. I got the latest and greatest hearing aid with Phonak. If I have a problem with them or problems with my phone, he will call the company and get an answer for me right then and there. He takes the time to answer all ur questions. All the testing he did on my hearing, which is bad, Dr. Morales worked really hard to make things right. I'm 68 years old and have worn hearing aids for about 20years +. I have used Costco, Livingston and Sams wholesale. I just went to visit Audiology Hearing Center Dec 15th, Dr Joe looked over my test, we ordered Phonak Audeo 190-Sphere witch is the best aid available I though. He ordered custom molded earpieces for me, (never had these before). This experience has been the best. I told him this might be the last set I might need and that I wanted the best chance to hear better. Last set I had was from Livingston, I complained about not understanding words, they really didn't seem to fix anything! before I was at best 80% understanding with the old aids. just tested with my new ones I tested at 96%. I recommend Audiology and Joe 100%.

Joe is great! He definitely takes the time to understand your situation and your personal needs. I recommend Joe and his team to anyone looking at getting an updated recommendation or is maybe on the fence about getting hearing aids. Very professional and easy to work with.

What a great experience. This was my first time getting hearing aids. Joe made me feel comfortable while checking my hearing and subsequently fiting me for my new hearing aids. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and gives you as much time as you need. I do not believe you can find a better audiologist in the DFW area.
