Kroger Pharmacy

Ms. Judy, Ashley, Jacinta,... the whole crew, have the pharmacy locked down! I called a few minutes after an Rx went through, and was told they're wrapping it up. I was :05 out, walked -up near the desk & Ms. Ashley said, "It's ready Mr. Schwartz." I don't think I've met Ms. Ashley more than once. The Pharmacy peeps have checked medication interactions for our family. We've not gotten an incorrect Rx. they are ALWAYS friendly,... Keep your people, Ellenwood Kroger Pharmacy! (Also, not in Pharmacy, but John, Sam, Meeka,... you have GREAT people working for you)!

Kroger Pharmacy has potential to be really great. But then that pull stuff like this, akes me angry. I took my prescription in Friday, refill date is 20th, she said it would be filled Sunday. You would think that would have filled it on Saturday, since it is a prescription a person is not suppose to just quit taking it, suppose to taper off, so now I am enduring a whole day without my medication. So I will be there 8am tomorrow morning, this just messes thing up.

This Pharmacy is beyond terrible. 1 star is not low enough. Their inability to fill monthly prescriptions on time puts patients at risk. They have big supply problems that they refuse to seek solutions for. They will not communicate truthfully to you about when they can fill your prescription or why they still don't have it, even after several days/attempts of trying having something filled. If they cannot take care of their patients, then they need to be truthful about it.

I've tried on several occasions to give this pharmacy a pass due to the pandemic. But it is apparent that management has failed this location. The staff are very rude. Majority of the time no one answers the phone. And if by some luck you get someone on the phone to request your medication be filled - you still will have a long wait when arriving at the time they've given you! Was told 630pm pick up and it is now 8pm and I'm still waiting. #dobetterKroger #Managerthisisnotit Addendum: 810pm I had to ask if my son's medication had been forgotten as I saw a number of people who were behind me in line (that were told to wait like me) - have their name called to get their medication. The black female with the low cut blonde hairstyle exhibited poor customer service and I believe she INTENTION

This has got to be the worse Kroger pharmacy that I have used! On several occasions I have called my prescription in hours or a day before pick up and its never ready. For example today, I called my medication in before they open, do my shopping, stop by to pick up my medication and they tell me it will be ready in 10 minutes. Okay cool, I can check out, go to my car and come back. I come back and then they say "Oh, its going to be another hour!" I go home and then I get a text that my prescription is ready...smh
