CVS Pharmacy

Prescription sent to pharmacy on Monday. As of Thursday, prescription has NOT been processed but I’m advised should be ready tomorrow (Friday). ALWAYS an issue with the pharmacy at this location. There are times when I receive a msg that my prescription is ready, but I’m told upon arrival that it’s not. Other times when I get home and see that I’ve received someone else’s medication. Also times when I’ve picked up, but receive notification a couple days later that the prescription is ready. This location is Horrible

My checkout at the CVS Pharmacy was seamless. The young lady "Ms. Sugg" who helped me was Awesome, knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring and so was Ms. Tasha and the Pharmacist. Top notch and Kudos to them all. Each of you are appreciated. Sedalia Smith

The pharmacy needs more staffing. Some of the representatives at the pharmacy were not at all friendly. In fact the guy who had to fill my order had an attitude. The cashier reps were good, and when they had to ask the assistant to the pharmacist a question, he was met with attitude from him and it made me feel like he was doing me a favor by filling my prescription. Not a good first time feeling.

If you’re getting a vaccine at CVS on Fairview road in ellenwood Please ask for credentials. I got a flu vaccine and my arm is about to fall off. This has never happened. The vaccine hurt when it was done and it hurt hours later They are practicing on us. No experience. I can Give you the name of the person but I’ll report it to the insurance compsny first . Make sure you ask for the pharmacist to give vaccine. I’m going to report this to insurance company

Excellent customer service staff is knowledgeable.Sometimes the lines alone in the pharmacy.But I guess that's the staff in needs.
