I strongly recommend avoiding this dental office. They take advantage of patients when they’re vulnerable and push unnecessary work just to run up expensive bills and max out your insurance. What’s presented as “recommended treatment” quickly turns into procedures you don’t actually need. The payment plan Is just as bad. It was clearly discussed that they would call before charging my card, which never happened. Instead, charges are taken on random days instead of the agreed date, and sometimes for more than authorized. It feels careless at best and dishonest at worst. Everyone is overly polite and smiling, which feels fake once you realize what’s happening. If you’re looking for a dentist office to go to, this is NOT it. This place is very money hungry and seems desperate for new patients. I should’ve trusted my first instinct. The location alone was a red flag, but I’m not from around here so I gave them a chance. Before booking, I called to make sure they accepted my insurance. They told me yes that turned out to be a lie just to get me in the door. I also told them I had X-rays done a few months ago and asked if I needed to bring them. They said no. Then they told me my cleanings would be free with my insurance. After they looked at my mouth, I asked for a price breakdown before doing anything. They refused to give me an estimate and said I had to wait to see what insurance would pay first. That made no sense. You should always know the co

I know a lot of people that are patients of Dr. Patel and they’ve always said such great things about her and her staff, their regular cleanings and any dental work they’ve had done there. I was going to be in that part of town so I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning. I got the new patient protocol as expected, and the cleaning was very thorough. It was a great experience and I’m glad I listened when everyone told me how happy they are going there.

All of the staff and doctor at Fairview Dental are very helpful and attentive. They make sure you are well taken care of and healthy.

I went to them because of something simple, unfortunately they used my visit to try to market and sale me a bunch of cosmetic work. After storming out they begged me to come back so that they could actually give me the medicine that I originally needed. A few pills later and I'm cured. A visit that should have taken 15min took over an hour. Now they wont stop calling me and keep asking me to come back constantly for more services that I do not want. I ask them each time to stop calling me and ignore my requests. I do not recommend going to this place. It felt more like a care sales experience then a medical services office.
