Kroger Pharmacy

If I could give it ZERO "0" stars I would. I was very disrespected by a Kroger Pharmacist that was supposed to help me get my medication that was refilled. She got very rude with me, had an attitude that escalated and turned her back on me and left me without my medication. I do not feel comfortable even getting my medication from this pharmacy anymore. I will be switching to another pharmacy before I even receive my medication.

Good luck calling in a prescription as a provider. They will put you on hold multiple times, send you to different departments when they state they're sending you to voicemail & then that will redirect you to endless ringing. When you call back, bc you work for a clinic & HAVE to submit a prescription, whatever female that answered will get an attitude with you when she realizes it's you yet again (just trying to do *your* job), tell you "well you're just going to have to wait because I have other things I'm doing" before she slams you onto hold, which then finally lo & behold connects you to the voicemail. Disappointing service from a fellow business; I understand being busy & overwhelmed but being rude is unacceptable & you/your coworkers being uninformed on how to utilize your phone sys

I've been using this pharm from the moment they opened the store. I love their service and friendly staff (even a lady named Lisa who apparently needed a hug that day.) The comments from people about the wait times, guess what, NO pharmacy can completely guarantee a time when your prescription will be ready because OTHER people need prescriptions and sometimes that puts the pharm behind on YOUR prescription. They are people, not machines and they DO care. Do you know how fast and how many prescriptions they fill per day. Be nice. I'm grateful for this place. I've had them go above and beyond when I had problems with my physical handicap, my prescription questions, etc. I recommend them.

Yep, the won't answer the phone. Have tried multiple times. This morning I let the phone ring for 16 minutes: No voice mail or no one answered to put me on hold or anything like that. I was just in an accident and can't physically get myself over to the pharmacy. I need to talk with them but I guess that's not possible. Switching back to CVS or maybe Christiansburg pharmacy, which has a good reputation. Based on other reviews this pharmacy seems to have chronic management issues.

When I goto pick up my prescription I always wait til the next day to pick it up after it has been called in. Usually they say it is not ready, and it will take 25 minutes to fill it. So I ask them to verify when the prescription was called in, and they say one day ago. So it has been 2 days. When you call the pharmacy to check on your prescription, no one answers the phone. They just cannot get it together. I am gonna change pharmacies, because you have to spend 30 min wandering around the store waiting. For your prescription to be filled, Then you have to go back and stand in line another 10-15 minutes. Also their drive thru is closed. So honestly not worth it.
