Kroger Pharmacy

How is it that they are always out of everything and have to order it? I am changing pharmacies because they have nothing In stock ever. Ever. It’s more rare for them to have something. I get it if it’s once, even twice maybe (maybe) but every, single, time from ointments to controlled substances, commonly used prescriptions to not so common you will be guaranteed to miss a a dose because they never have stock. Whoever is responsible for ordering their meds needs to step up their inventory game.

Great staff here at this location, last time I was in there it was late and this one pharmacy tech was rude, I'm hoping she was just tired and had maybe had a long, bad day or something cause her attitude stinked!

The only issue I've ever had was having to wait a while for medication to come in, but that's a supply and demand issue. I've never had an issue with communication, and the employees are always friendly. The automated system to check on rx status is super easy to follow.

After reading the other reviews I feel vindicated in writing this review. The staff are friendly BUT they will tell you your prescriptions are ready for pickup and then when you show up the rude lady pharmacist will not release them and tells you that you have to come back. I literally had her refuse to release my prescriptions 3 months in a row. She told me that even though my prescriptions are ready she can't release them for another 12 hours...what ? I'm driving 30 mins to get there. I'm spending more in gas on return trips than on the medication. Don't plan on grocery shopping and getting your meds on the same day. I understand regulations but not releasing a much needed medication when the patient has ran out and it's less than 24 hrs after the refill date is just ridiculous. Plus ma

Terrible experience almost every other visit. I've been a loyal Kroger customer for years. I switched to Kroger Pharmacy several years back after our location had a remodel and got a drive thru. I like how you build points towards gas discounts when you shop with them, this includes their pharmacy too. I try and be nice every month when I have to pick up my medicine. The workers in the pharmacy are almost always rude and condescending even when there is no "hick up" with the pick up process, which there usually always is. I dread going to this pharmacy every month because there is something wrong with my order almost every time... "Sorry sir the order is not available yet..." Even though I just received a message saying it was ready for pick up. I come back the next time I have free to
