Kroger Pharmacy

I wished I have an option to give negative points or at least zero! There is always a reason why most people give this place a bad review. I’ve been with this pharmacy for 12 years and this will be the last time I am getting my prescriptions filled in here!! It seems too hassle to go somewhere to redo it all, but this place gotta stop. I saw Kroger on Morosgo location recently closed, I hope to see this one revamp and especially this pharmacist manager Ryan and tech Dephany, if that is her real name go! Very unprofessional, incompetent yet not nice! To give you an idea, when I address their incompetent to fill in the prescription, they think it was a verbal abuse. I have tried almost every other pharmacy because my insurance changed. I am so grateful to be back at this Brookhaven Kroger. I don’t even live near it anymore longer but they are the most competent and kind people ever. Some other places won’t even call your Dr to renew. I am so pleased with service here and I’m here very very often.

This pharmacy is always swift when filling my prescriptions and I don't even have to leave the store before it's done! It sucks to see all these negative reviews of possible drug addicts that need their fix and are mad that their meds are taking a bit longer, but the staff is very nice and willing to help when you are nice and understanding!

Simply the worst pharmacy at the Brookhaven Kroger that I have EVER had the displeasure of utilizing. Based on my experience I have no idea what the staff are doing here all day, because how is it that every time I show up to pick up a prescription that clearly says "READY FOR PICKUP" on the Kroger app, that they look at me utterly flabbergasted and have no idea where my medicine is? Look at the 2 star review and go elsewhere. Honestly shocked that this place doesn't have only 1 star. DO BETTER.

If I could rate less, then I would. We’ve been using this pharmacy for a few years now, mostly due to convenience with location. Today, I had such an audaciously rude phone conversation with the pharmacy tech that I couldn’t help but say I WOULD NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY AGAIN. Shame on Kroger for losing all quality in customer service. Highly recommend you take your business elsewhere
