Kroger Pharmacy

I have filled my prescriptions here multiple times but have never been treated this way. I kindly ask that you address the attitude of your pharmacist and technician. They were unwilling to assist, and their rude behavior was both unnecessary and unprofessional.

Wow. I would give NO STARS if I could!! We are new to the area and had to find a new pharmacy. Three times in now and there has been a problem every time. The techs work hard but don't seem to know what is going on. My doctor called my prescriptions in and the techs kept asking if I had submitted a paper copy. They put my daughter's information in someone else's profile and therefore couldn't find her in the system OR locate her medication. The young lady that eventually found it did a fantastic job considering she had no help from anyone else there. I returned today to get the rest of my medication and the elderly gentleman two customers before me couldn't pick up his two medications, the lady in front of me couldn't pick up her medication and surprise surprise.....neither could I.

I love going here. They give me a very accurate time for when my prescriptions will be ready. Everyone has always been very nice and helpful whether I'm calling or face to face with someone.

Always friendly and helpful. The staff goes out of their way to make sure my prescription comes on time!

Incredible professionalism and courtesy form the staff here, Any issues w/insurance are resolved quickly and cost-effectively,. Cannot recommend enough,
