I had a sleep study done in April 2023. I never received a bill, but since I was new to medicare, I assumed it was paid. ONE YEAR later I got a text stating I owed 175.63. I called Kramer, and the woman on the phone agreed that was kind of weird. She said she would message someone and would call me back. Never got a bill or a phone call, so I forgot about it. Now today they charged my credit card 175.63. I called again and was told they had been mailing me monthly bills. I never got one. So without seeing a bill with the total charges, insurance payments and what not, I'm paying a bill I have never seen. Go to HomeAir if you want to deal with competent people.

I am self pay and was told the amount charged to my account would be $80 for self pay. Two days before Christmas Kramer auto charged my account $212, which is the cost you would pay if you have insurance. No one is available to refund the discrepancy. This has happened multiple times and issues with this same charge has been going on since October. I just need someone to correct the charge.

claims with missing information. The owner takes ZERO pride in her company, doesnt follow HIPPA and has zero appreciation for customers. This has been the most horrible degrading process we have ever been through and we pray that our review helps somebody decide not to choose this company and go somewhere else. thank you..

I was in desperate need of a CPAP machine and being recently diagnosed with sleep apnea, I had no clue where to look. Our insurance is horrible, and I would end up having to pay out of pocket. So I was looking to purchase a machine outright. I posted in local Facebook group and the owner reached out to me. She gave me her number, and I called her. She was so incredibly sweet and informative about the process and what they had available and all my options for new and refurbished. She let me know about cost differences and explained about refurbished machines. She even worked with my doctor's office to get the prescription and all the settings. We set up a time for me to come into the shop and see the machine and have a tech teach me how to use it. I was set up with everything I need
