If you’re nervous about the dentist and even more nervous about finding a new dentist then this review is for you. My only regret was that I hadn’t done it sooner. I didn’t know the dentist didn’t have to be stressful and painful. The reason I’m updating this review is I’ve gone to the dentist 3 times now and my mind is absolutely blown on how exceptional the care and service are. Things I’ve hated about dentists my entire life… I feel like you wait forever just to wait forever. Teeth cleaning it is the smell and grit of them cleaning and the taste and how that gritty stuff feels on my teeth. The sound of the drills and the smell of tooth as it heats up. I have severe dental phobia. This is the first time I have ever had this much dental work, with no pain during procedure and minimal pain following. I love the nurses they are wonderful, and make you fail comfortable from the start. The Dr 's are great, they listen and make sure you are comfortable and at ease during procedures. Best experience I have ever had with a dentist! 😊

I’ve been a loyal patient at this dental office in Moreno Valley for over 10 years. During that time, I developed a real rapport with Dr. Paredes, the hygienist, and the receptionist. They were always so warm and genuinely cared about their patients’ well-being. The office had a family-like vibe, and it felt like a place I could trust with my dental health. Sadly, that all changed during my most recent visit for a routine check-up and cleaning. My insurance covered the standard cleaning, which is what most insurance cover but this time I was told they no longer offer regular cleanings and only offer laser cleaning. The catch? Amazing dentist. No pain at all when I got the shot as well as no pain with the drill. Very good work. I don't even notice the pressure when the doctor is using any of the tools. The whole staff is very patient and gentle. I am excited I know these guys for my dental work. Also I didn't stay numb all day which was nice. I also want to add that I was only in the chair for about 25 minutes tops for 2 fillings, which is incredibly fast.

Dr. Paredes and her office are scammers, please do not go to them. I had a credit of over 2,000 dollars on my account with her and KP dental and all of sudden they said I no longer have MY credit, my money, and that they sold their business but not true , they have a Moreno Valley office that is fully open. my insurance company said they owe them money as DR. Paredes was charging them for services never completed. lies and scammers don't get involved, it's insurance fraud
