Kona Ohana Dental

I have been going to Kona ohana dental for quite a while now and I'm just really pleased with the service, the kindness, and concern that they show for me every time I'm there. Dr. Li is a great dentist and he gives me the best care. Dental assistants and technicians there are great, too. The office is always up front about charges and work with my insurance company, scheduling me when they know for sure what my portion will be. There are never any surprises, except for pleasant ones. When occasionally it costs less than we thought. I would recommend them to everyone. Having dental work can be very traumatic at times and they make it as pleasant and experience as possible. Go see Dr. Li If you're looking for a dentist. You won't be disappointed.

Every staff member I interacted with was amazing, including the wonderful front desk team. Special shoutout to dental assistants Sam and Desi for going above and beyond to keep me comfortable. Dr. Li even fit me in late at night for an emergency procedure. Dr. Li and Mrs. Li were incredible, even when working so late into the night—and the numbing was honestly the best I’ve ever had. I had virtually no discomfort during my root canal, and I can finally eat and drink without pain. Thank you so much, Kona Ohana Dental team! Kona is incredibly lucky to have this truly world-class dental provider.

The staffing and doctor was really nice, they really make you feel comfortable and have great customer service. The lady at the front desk breaks down all the dental plan clearly and helps with explaining everything that has to be covered for. The doctor is really nice and says what has to be said and say really good positive words. Best Dental.

I have thus far gone twice to take care of 4 fillings over the past month or so. Each visit has been fantastic. Despite not liking the local anesthesia shot, they make me feel at least comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a dental office or visit.

I truly had a great experience. I was here only one day of my vacation and my temp aries bridge of my front teeth fell out. Rachel called me quickly and was able to get me in same day and reset the bridge. And Rachel and Sam were such a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend going to them.
