Receptionist was super nice even tho they were short staffed.. my dental hygienist was caring, kind, and accommodating. She was always making sure I was alright and that the cleaning process was smooth. Great people and great vibes. Took my dental insurance easily

Best cleaning I've ever had! Great experience. Feels like I got a haircut in my mouth. I was forewarned about the Dr's love of the Red Sox which I welcomed being a former beantown resident.

Instantly welcoming and warm vibes when you walk in the door. The interior is original old Hawaiian style and it’s so nostalgic and refreshing to look at if you’re into interior design. The staff is educated and friendly and thorough. While every place in Kona currently has a two year wait list, I called Kona Coast and they got me in the next day. I take my self care seriously so it’s nice to be in the hands of people who do the same as well!

This was my initial appointment with KCD everyone was nice and welcoming from the start phone call for appt to final cleaning. Chloe, hygienist was very gentle and thorough with my cleaning xrays and to also suggest putting on my implant. Dr Bonnevie was careful and thorough with check up. Thank you Dr Bonnevie and staff.

I used to drive over from Pahoa to get my dental care here. After scheduling my latest appointment online and confirming my appointment via text earlier in the week, I drove 2hrs to be told that my appointment wasn't in their system and that I would have to reschedule. I showed the front my appointment confirmation email and text. No accomodations because of a mistake in their system, nothing. Won't be making that mistake again
