The Knoxville Heart Group is fantastic! Thank you Dr. Todd for the professional health care. A special shout out to Erika, Chelsey, Kevin, Toney, and Amanda for making my experience at Covenant Health enjoyable. This is a great team.

I love these folks. Dr Adams is great and obviously highly skilled and knowledgeable. The folks in the staff are professional, caring and friendly. The ladies that check you in and out are super sweet and down right funny as a trio. Someone said they got no call backs morr than once? I find that hard to believe because Dr Adams nurse has called me well after business hours just to make sure that they called. In short I’ve got experience with three other local heart groups that I won’t name and Knox Heart Group is head and shoulders above the others. Love em’!

I have had two ongoing experiences with the office and nursing staff (including a nurse practitioner) in regards to my elderly parent. They are totally the rudest, most unhelpful, cold-hearted faculty. They are not interested whatsoever in the prosperity of the patient. It is genuinely sad....

Slowest doctor's appointment ever. Appointment was at 2:15 it's 3:30 and they lady at the front desk says 2 people are in front of me before I can be seen. Said Dr. Ayers is running behind. Why schedule more patients than you can possibly see. Note: I'm not the patient. I'm the driver for a family friend or I would have already rescheduled and never come back.

The office was easy to get to to, the staff were nice and covid cautious. The doctor (Dr. Capps) was AMAZING. He actually LISTENED to me and my concerns. He's doing all these tests and taking me seriously. My other doctors have been blowing me off for over 10 years and I really felt heard with him. I'm telling everyone I know to go to this group. I'd highly recommend to anyone needing a doctor that listens.
