Dr Bumpus is exceptional! She told me ALL my options and answered all my questions. Im very pleased with the her prescription of care. AND.... in a few short months she'll offer office appts in Lenoir City, TN Jacklyn Heywood

1st Podiatrist evah (& I’m an RN) & Dr. Bumpas & her staff were fabulous! Yes, the waiting room is a bit old, it’s full as she is INCREDIBLE… Well, worth the wait.. It was so nice getting x-rays done right there in the office, & her Assurance that even if they were negative, there was definitely something going on. (Ie that my pain was real) She’s professional, relatable, empathetic, and remembered details on the 2nd visit Not only about my foot injury, but the 🚢 I went on. Her expertise with the details from x-rays and MRIs were spot-on. The Steroid injection was administered with Her explaining prior and then distracting me during period and worked 107%. Most Important was her reassurance that this was not permanent and if problems A rose in the future to return. I will!

LOVE this office! Everyone from the front desk staff to Dr. Bumpus are phenomenal. The care I received was great. Scheduling surgery was easy. You can tell Dr. Bumpus really cares about her patients.

I had surgery with Dr. Bumpus and can’t say enough good things. She is an excellent communicator and surgeon. Her exemplary reputation is well deserved. I especially appreciate that she does not try to lead you into surgery. Rather, she gives you your options and lets you decide what is best for you.

Dr. Bumpus is wonderful! She fixed my foot incredibly well. She explains and listens, she is incredibly sweet! All staff are kind and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
