I would give zero stars if an option. They are listed on the Silouette website as a retailer. Unfortunately, as I am not a patient of the practice and have an “outside” prescription, they won’t assist me in obtaining new lenses. Sad. I am hopeful another retailer in the area will be willing to take my money.

new name, same OUTSTANDING service. Dr. Herring and the staff are outstanding! I injured my eye on a Friday at 4 p.m. all the Dr.s had gone for the weekend. Dr. Herring returned to the office to see me and saved me a very expensive trip to the emergency room. thank you, Dr. Herring and staff. your kindness in my time of need is greatly appreciated.

Dr Benjamin Herring and his office are super to deal with. They were able to work me in next day for eye issues even though they were short staffed. They truly value their customers and it shows in their customer service. They also worked me in for a worsening condition a couple days later then pulled some strings to get me to a specialist. Can’t say enough good about them

I’ve been going here since I was a child. Dr. Witke was my doctor asa child. Dr. Hunt has been my doctor for about 25 years now. I’ve seen all of the doctors and they’re all great. I highly recommend them.
