Knoxville Dental Center - Cedar Bluff

I've been coming here for several years now and have always had an excellent experience! Skylar, who did my routine cleaning, was very kind and took her time to answer all of my questions. Dr. Pate came in and talked to me about a cavity, and the process of getting a filling. He was very personable and talked me through every step of the process. Specifically, he continuously emphasized that should I feel any discomfort at all that I could let them know and we could pause the filling. Emily, who assisted with the filling, was excellent as well

Was not pleased with their customer service. The hygienist was rushed and not in the best mood. She also complained that the building is too big and its hard to get a hold of the Dr for the post cleaning check up. Once the Dr came in he indicated I was previously told I needed a crown, which I was not. He insisted that was the information that was given to me from the other doctor at their old location. Ironically, when my husband came out of his appointment, he was told he needs a crown as well. This may be true, but it feels an awful lot like they are padding the bill with treatments.

Tracy (hygentist) is a rock star ! She did a great job cleaning my teeth ! She is very knowledgeable, has a great personality and great listening skills. I no longer dread the dentist !! 5 stars !! Highly recommended !

If I could give a zero star rating I would. Let first begin with when they scheduled my cleaning for me they knew what previously recommended and proceeded to do schedule. All for me to come in do X-rays proceed to tell me how they will not do a basic cleaning because I refuse to do there deep cleaning process that leaves me paying a 1000 dollars total every year and paying everytime I come in for a cleaning of any sort. They lied several times to my spouse and said that he was coming in for just cleaning and they were deep cleaning then proceeded to tell him after those they were just cleaning and he won’t have to pay. Well lo and behold magically he told he owes 200 at that appointment all a sudden. I was treated like crap because I was 3 min late I was an inconvenience by the dental hyg

My first visit and it was great! Nice friendly staff and a great dentist!
