Account Friday and asked if they had the covid vaccines and they said yes and that I did not need an appointment I could walk in. they will be clothes on Monday for Labor Day. I went in today Tuesday the day after Labor Day. There was a sign that said that they had the COVID vaccine. I went to the counter and stated I was there for the vaccine the lady asked me if I had an appointment. I told her no and that I have been told that I did not need an appointment and that I could walk in. She indicated that they were closed the day before. I said I called on Friday not Monday. She then said that they did not have the covid vaccine. I told her again about the phone call and point it to the sign that said they did have the vaccine. She just told me again they do not have it. I have been a customer at Knightdale Pharmacy for 5+ years after being fed up of CVS! I’ve loved every minute of having such a reliable and customer oriented pharmacy! Such a Small Business with Amazingly Big Impact served with a smile!

I love the friendly staff and the pharmacist. They are always willing to go the extra mile for my family. I live in Zebulon and will continue to drive the extra miles for excellent customer service!

I see such high ratings, but that has not even remotely been my experience with this pharmacy. I've tried to go to this pharmacy four times over the last ten years... 2014... Had a controlled medication that was out of stock across the street at target, they filled it but asked if my doctor could call in a different kind of medicine next time because my insurance was paying them so little they were losing money giving it to me. Nice. I felt for them, remembered to try again later with changed meds. I also offered to pay full price (I do alright, it wasn't a big deal money wise) but they said they legally had to take a larger amount. 2016... Tried to refill ADHD meds, had my wife drop it off. Excellent customer service in a super friendly environment. The pharmacist and staff went out of their way to call my doctor, confirm insurance, and communicate with me to ensure that I got my medication promptly. I would recommend this pharmacy to any and everyone. The large chain stores should not have a monopoly. Shop local!
