The doctor and nurse were absolutely awesome. They were wonderful with my grandchildren and made the visit feel comfortable from start to finish. They were thorough throughout the entire exam, taking time to explain what they were doing and answering questions without rushing. Their gentle approach helped put them at ease. The whole experience felt caring and professional. I truly appreciate the level of attention and kindness shown during our visit.”

This is definitely a last resource place. The setup is awful with everybody using the same entrance/check in. Every other place I have been to have separate entrances for sick kids. We have left this office twice now and gotten sick afterwards. A lot of the nurses are unprofessional and will rush you. Overall, the cleanliness/sanitation and staff could be a lot better.

I’ve taken my kids here for years and have had great experiences with most of the doctors and staff. The front desk always answers the phone immediately and gets us in same day for sick visits every time. Dr. Wu is so incredibly wonderful and our favorite. The others are all also great. The lobby has a sick side and a well side which I so appreciate. It’s also painted beautifully in an underwater theme. Each room also is also hand painted with a different theme and very clean. We’re never waiting long to be seen. Highly recommend!

They FIRMLY believe in vaccines so much that they'll kick you out of the practice for so much as wanting to wait until your child is a year old to get them. Turns out the CDC themselves are now skeptical of the very fact that vaccines are not tested against placebo or the correlation of autism to the rise in the vaccine schedule. Jane, I don't care about doctor kickbacks since you felt the need to bring it up when we said we felt skeptical. I care about what's in the syringe and how it affects my child. Btw, ask for an information sheet about the vaccines and the paper they give you doesn't contain anything about what is actually inside of the shot, it just tells about symptoms of the diseases your child could get if you don't vaccinate them. That is not transparent healthcare at all,

I take my two sons here and am extremely happy. We usually see Annie but everyone we’ve seen has been friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. They’re really good at having same day appointments and the front desk staff are also super kind. I’m a worry wart and have never felt rushed or anything when asking my millions of questions to the drs. Highly recommend
