Karen has an excellent technique. I feel relaxed and rejuvenated when she is done. I sit at a computer most days so she focuses on areas that need released while treating the whole body. Would highly recommend.

Karen knows her stuff. She has really helped me and my husband with the foot soak and the messages. Been seeing her for 2 1/2 weeks and can really see and feel different. My hubby had the foot soak once so far and says his knees and hands are no longer sore and his knee where the Dr removed a torn portion of his miniscus is not sore and he is not limping now!! Yeah THANKS KAREN, WE WILL BE BACK!!!

After a foot soak and a great message, I felt I could take on the world!!! Karen does a wonderful job in getting everything to relax and function properly!! My husband finally went in for a foot soak and was amazed at how much better he felt and had his first message last week and said yes he is coming back with me next week!! Yeah!!

Karen is amazing. She's quick to respond through text. I feel like so much weight has been lifted off of me and I'm able to to relax. I will be going back on a regular basis from now on.
