Ideal Dental Kannapolis

As dental work goes, this was a great experience. Dr. Kayleigh was wonderful. Very professional, caring, and compassionate. Very mindful of what was in my best interest. Made every effort to make the treatment not unpleasant. Minimal discomfort during and after the procedure. The rest of the staff was also terrific. Kind, welcoming, diligent, and considerate. Again, very understanding and thoughtful to my particular issue. This is my new dentist!

I had such a great experience here. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, patient, and welcoming. The dental assistant and doctor who helped me made me feel completely at ease — no judgment at all, only encouragement. They explained everything clearly and treated me with so much care and respect. I really appreciated how gentle and understanding they were. I left feeling relieved, grateful, and confident about continuing my dental care with them. Highly recommend!

Today I had a consultation for Invisalign. My appointment was at 8:30 AM, but I wasn’t called until 9 o’clock. I was told that the front desk did not check me in even though that was the first place I stopped by to submit my new insurance before sitting down. Then I didn’t get looked at until 9:30 AM and the conversation was about 10 minutes and I left. So I would say today was very unorganized because Of the lack of time management and every time I visit that office, there is always new staff, so I’m pretty sure that speaks for itself

Very pleased!! ALL staff, weather receptionists, assistants or doctors, were very pleasant. While they were not only professional and attentive they were also friendly. The whole experience I felt heard and cared about. Great people great place and also great ambiance! It’s a really nice vibe in there aesthetically and the staff atmosphere only adds. Will definitely be making this my dentist office
