They are always compassionate and helpful. Even when they are full with back to back appointments, they do not turn you away. The prices of checking in is quick and easy. I appreciate them always being at their best, when I am at my worst.

This is by far the best urgent care i've ever been to! I have a child that doesn't like going to the doctor at all, and he will gladly go here because their great bedside manner and how gentle they are with him. Furthermore when sick he says can we go to the drive up doctor 😃 😊 it's adorable. Thanks for being so gentle and caring with my kiddos ! All 4 of them!

Very attentive. Was not in a rush to see next patient. Very thorough. I would recommend. They also have curbside.

Absolute wonderful staff. My daughter was in so much pain. They were so gentle and took their time to finally get her on the road to recovery! I recommend IndyCare Kannapolis to anyone that wants A+ care and professionalism!! We will not go anywhere else. Thank you guys for being amazing!

I cant say enough about the care this team provides. They truly care and they operate like an actual family so when you become a patient it's like you are joining their family. I love the team and the care providers. You feel heard while recieving individualized attention. Excellent facility!
