I Joseph Purvis is so disappointed in this location in Washington. I called this office 3 times about my glasses which was ordered over 2 weeks ago.2 times they told me that they would check into the matter and call me right back. Well I have received no calls from them at all. You would think that they would at least let me know way the delay. To me that makes me feel that I don't matter to them. As far as I am concerned they can refund my money and let me go elsewhere to get my glasses. The way that they are doing me,how can I put my trust in them. After this adventure, they won't have to worry about me anymore. This is the end for me.

The entire experience was professional from beginning to end. Friendly staff, clean professional environment and Dr. Kirk is the best. There were more than 10 patients in office and everybody was being helped, received what they needed in a timely manner. This is the optometrist destination in Washington NC.
