Kinney Drugs Pharmacy

The pharmacy, specifically pharmacist M. Davis and Dan (technician or assistant) were INCREDIBLY helpful not only quickly filling a prescription that my regular pharmacy did not have in stock (& neglected to mention to me for a day) but also were successful going to bat for me with my insurance company despite some prior resistance. They provided fast and wonderfully friendly service on a Friday evening, just as a big winter storm arrived. Many of the negative reviews I saw were several years ago - Kinney has certainly improved since then! I think I will switch to them for my regular needs despite the store being out the way for me. Way to go pharmacy team at Kinney Drugs and THANK YOU!!!

Unbelievably bad pharmacy. Have made multiple mistakes with my medicine and dont have a great discount code when insurance lapses. Walgreens is much better. Would give zero stars if it was an option. Will be there in person tomorrow to file a complaint.

The last 4 times being there for prescriptions either they don’t have my orders done (they’ve had for over 24 hours), lost it, or I get half of my order. People shouldn’t have to make multiple trips and/or have to wait for them to fill out cause it was “missed”. Not to mention just to get help you’re gonna have to wait 5+ minutes just to get helped. Today was 10 minutes!! Why is that even happening with 5 people behind the counter. When I asked this last time there, if I should start going somewhere else cause “they’re too busy”, after all it was my SECOND trip there. The Joke of a Manager Couldn’t even look away from the computer or even answer. Some brunette replied “well if it’s convenient”. My response was this is closer to my house buts NOT Convenient to make multiple trip. Even thou

I was told that if they find anyone that has ever been convicted of *any* crime -- no matter how long ago or how minor it was -- in their store, that the managers are instructed to call the police immediately and have them arrested for trespassing. I verified this information with another employee because of how unbelievable it sounded. If you believe in second chances or that someone guilty of a noisy muffler ticket doesn't deserve to be arrested without warning for trespassing, avoid all Kinney Drugs stores like the plague.
