Debbie in physical therapy makes sure I stay centered and I like how she lets me be in control of the workout. She is so helpful. I enjoy the therapy with her. She awesome and great! She always ask how I'm doing while doing therapy. Lisa a Cna here at the hospital has been great she always checks on me and gets me ready for bed and reminds me to stand up when needed. She keeps me on track. She keeps me informed of things and she's been great!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. I encountered issues with some of the nurses and nurse aide. On the second day, I had to file a complaint on a nurse who gave me attitude when I expressed that I was worried about my husband’s condition. The only nurse who showed consistent care and compassion was Susana. About two weeks into our stay, my husband began complaining of pain, but the nurses kept saying he was fine because his vitals were normal. I continued insisting that something was wrong and asked for him to be sent to the ER. When he was finally taken back, he ended up in the ICU. After this incident, I chose not to return to Kendrick and transferred my husband to PAM. The only positive aspect of this facility was the speech, physical, and occupational therapy teams

I want to say thank you to Jeremy and Edna for taking such good care of mother after she had open heart surgery. Jeremy washed my mother's hair even without being asked, he was very kind to her and very patient. Plus, Miss Edna bathed my mother after she spilled food all over herself, she was and absolute angel ❤️ They need more good people like this in the medical field ❤️❤️❤️

I had excellent care provided by the team appointed to me during my recovery. Nurses: Alexis, Susanna, Amelia, An, Betty, Ashoka, Nadia, and Cynthia. CNAs :Tiffany, Odalis, Johnathan, and Edna Physical Therapist: Katy, Jackie, Richard, Matthew, and Debbie. Speech Therapist Emily Respiratory Therapists: Lee, Ozzy, Jorge, Jason, and Adrian. I’m currently still under their care and making progress to get stronger and get off the ventilator. Hoping to be out of here by Thanksgiving! The team would check up on me even if I wasn’t assigned to them that day. Grateful!!

Greatest people who care about their patients. I am so grateful to everyone here. My husband is doing great because of the care he has received here at kindred. We can never thank you enough.
