Kim's Pharmacy

Kim’s Pharmacy has been like a second family to me. With a medical complex child. They always have his medication in stock! They are always asking how he’s doing and if they could do anything for us. After only 4 visits they knew my first name and they haven’t forgotten it yet. One night I was on my way to pick up his medication, and ended up trapped behind a wreck. Well I called and they stayed OPEN after hours just for my son so he could get his medication. I would highly recommend Kim’s if you want to be treated like family. Good old Southern Hospitality right here. Thank you for everything you do and for keeping my son safe.

Absolutely Amazing Customer Service!!! They went above and beyond with such compassion to help me get Tamiflu as quickly as possible. I could not ask for any better service. 5 gold stars !!! Will be switching all my prescriptions here from now on. My dearest thanks to the pharmacist and to the super courteous gentleman at the drive thru who helped me so much!

Refused to fill my child’s medication. Your response is nonsense, I was on a 3 way call with the insurance lady from United, but I remained silent. She was calling to help expedite the prior authorization process but you refused to listen. Very unprofessional and condescending. The ONLY reason we were attempting to get this, very specific medication, from your pharmacy was because you told the pediatrician that you could fill it. Our usual pharmacy couldn’t fill it due to a recall by the manufacturer. We just assumed you had some in stock that weren’t affected by the recall! Anyway, we will get it from Publix because they really are a pleasure to do business with : )

I'm a long time patron of Kim's Pharmacy, followed them over from Village Pharmacy. I tried another Pharmacy and mail order. I came back, I won't make the mistake of going to another Pharmacy again. I love Kim's, and their entire staff. I've never had a problem. Even moved my husband and his parents to Kim's. I will continue to go for a long as I need them. Fantastic place

Customer service is always amazing. The store is very clean and well stocked. You feel like they care about you as a patient and not as another Rx to push out. They communicated everything well, including when a prescription would be ready and even coordinated a delivery.
