My son will be 15 soon, and we have gone here since birth. Absolutely love them. Even on their extremely busy days, the doctors sit down and address any concerns I have. The ladies at the front are very helpful, & never had an issue getting an appointment when I call. Love all the nurses, there was a nice young lady whom I havent seen before, she was so sweet, I know its busy everywhere with flu/cold season here, this nurse did not rush us & smiled bright as she checked on everyone. When your child is sick it can be so stressful, but they for sure make things easier!

When I called to schedule an appointment on 11/19/25 in the morning the receptionist were so unprofessional and rude. My daughter was seen everyday while we were in the hospital and the doctors were waiting for us to get discharged and for us to make a appointment with them after we left just for the office to tell me they aren’t taking any new patients and were so rude about it. I was confused since the doctors were literally there in the morning the day before waiting for me to make an appointment. I’ve heard great things hopefully the reception crew that morning just woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Upset that all of a sudden they weren’t taking any new patients cause I liked the dr.

Dr Amy Lenoard is a very amazing doctor, she’s very friendly and bubbly. And she is knowledgeable. The front desk and nurses are kind of rude. But the doctors are really great so it’s worth it to go here.

Ever since Dr.L retired the office hasn’t been the same, the level of customer service has severely taken a hit. I used to go there as a child, brought my kids there.. over 20 years combined of being a patient and because my wife switched our son to a different office they refused to take us back because “There was a reason you transferred” yeah the level of service was atrocious but you’re down the road from my house so it was convenient and I actually liked the doctors.. the office staff is absolute trash.

Horrible customer service. You would think an establishment meant to treat kids would have more friendly staff. The ladies at the front desk are rude and have so much attitude it’s embarrassing. If this many people are giving bad reviews and saying the same thing, shouldn’t you know you’re doing something wrong and try to fix it? They couldn’t care less.
