Keystone Dental

I have been to Dr Cioffari (Keystone Dental) 2 times & both times were great. Dr Cioffari & his staff are wonderful. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs.

I was never thrilled with Keystone Dental but it was a convenient location that took our insurance. We've been patients for about 3 years and multiple times have been contacted by their snide toned receptionist to cancel our appointments last minute because "the dental hygienest is overwhelmed and we're lightening her load". Though frustrating I've always been accommodating to their cancelations. Never causing a fuss or having attitude with them until this final straw. End of July, I was contacted and told my child's tooth extraction was being canceled for the same reason. Also, that it would be WEEKS before I even got a call back to reschedule! Very professional and thorough. Occasionally hard to get through on the phone, but they will ultimately call you back. They have early times that let me get in and out on a work day if needed. Good with kids to.

I did not have a good experience at this place. First off, when the dentist walked in after the hygienist (who did a good job and was sweet) cleaned my teeth, he did not even greet me or say hi I had to say hello first. He then referred me to being “like 12” while talking to me even tho I was clearly a grown woman almost 8 months pregnant…. super weird and rude. He tried telling me that all of my teeth were super loose and all falling out…… which clearly I just had very sensitive gums at the time and pregnancy gingivitis that he was extremely uniformed about. He came off as being super judgmental and treated me like I did not take care of my teeth. I’m now 10 months postpartum and my gums and teeth are perfectly fine. Dr. Bryan Cioffari and his team (Jamie and Michaela) are to be commended on their professionalism, superb customer service and exemplary client-oriented approach toward patient care. I actually look forward to dental care services now that I am a patient at Keystone Dental. In fact, at a young age, I had great trepidation going to the dentist. However, Dr. Cioffari and his team make me feel at ease and are to be commended on their receptivity, efficiency and skill at addressing individual patient needs. The office is well-managed and extremely proficient at follow-through with regard to scheduling and overall communications and queries. I ardently endorse the Keystone Dental team and their dedication to the field of dentistry!
