The employees at Adara are fantastic. However, I was a patient there for over 2 years. At the end of last year due to Adara's billing error i was charged $300.00 to my card on file instead of them rebilling they told me that I would need to take care of the error. Their no show no call policy is insane. $100.00 per missed visit. I normally always call if I am unable to make an appointment. I have appointments 2-3 times a month and over the course of 2 years had 2 no call no shows, one due to an emergency and the other was just an honest mistake while dealing with new system implementations at my place of employment. I called about the no call no show and they refused to waive it. I will no longer be a patient at their facility due to this policy. $100.00 is ridiculous even if you make good

First impressions can be deceiving. First few appointments went well. I was impressed with Laura O' Farrell owner/nurse practitioner. Intake went well. Early January, I phone in a $40 copay. On 10 January 2024, visit with Laura went well. Not a where, on that day a $50 copay was taken out of my bank. I was furious, I cancelled any future appointments and put a stop on that $50 out of principle. Like a bad movie, I just get up and leave. Stay away from Adara Staffing, they may take your money when you are unaware.

I have been going to Adara since it opened and I have nothing but good things to say about this establishment. Laura is an amazing provider who always treats me with kindness and respect. There's no question that she puts her heart into everything she does. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a provider.

Staff is really friendly. I got switched because my person i seen was no longer with them. I was a little disappointed. But then I seen Laura today. And I really liked her alot. Wait time is very short. And never had a bad experience going there.

Worst place to seek mental health care. My boyfriends dr left and no reason was given to us and since he left they placed us with a different dr. Dr. Laura OFarrell to be exact. Russell was getting ready to sign papers necessary for my boyfriend to keep his job driving truck with a CDL. When they put us with Laura...she refused to sign it because she hadn't seen my boyfriend for 6 weeks minimum. So now he doesn't have his job because he cannot work without a CDL. She systematically caused the only income in our house to now be gone so THANK YOU FOR THAT! I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. If I could give a negative star review....I absolutely would. Improper and extremely unforgivable 😡
