Kelley-Ross Pharmacy at 7th and Madison

I needed a prescription filled while travelling on a business trip which made it difficult for me to find time to go in person. I was able to arrange for the physician to fax my prescription and Kelly Ross pharmacy was able to have that delivered to my hotel lobby reception staff. It was only a $10 delivery fee for same day drop off too. This was a total life saver and I’d highly recommend this pharmacy for their exceptional service

UPDATED This is one of the worst pharmacies in Seattle. Two weeks waiting for prescription to be mailed. I KEEP CALLING TO FOLLOW UP. Several phone calls and they keep saying they left me voicemails… NONE ON MY PHONE. The prescription was out of stock. They verified insurance, phone number and mailing address and promised to mail it when they order it in. Two weeks later, they are going round and round in circles each time with conflicting information. UPDATED to 5 star! Brandon the pharmacy manager was very quick in reaching out to me to help resolve the issue. Brandon kindly mailed my prescription and was polite enough to discuss the issue with me, resolved it and took steps to help avoid similar issues in the future. Thank you Brandon!

In the hellscape that is American healthcare, Kelly-Ross is one bright shining oasis of competence, compassion and efficiency. I can't say enough about their staff and services. Great company! It is out of my way to go there for my vaccinations but worth the trip just to be treated so well.
