Kari Studley, PT, DPT

Kari has a great way of meeting people where they are. I’m a recreational cyclist. Kari so much enthusiasm to work with a beginner that I forgot to be intimidated by all her medals. :) She really helped me get better at hills through riding tips and painstaking adjustments to my handlebars, seat height, and saddle position. I am so excited to benefit from her expertise!

Kari has been putting me back together after various bike crashes, ski injuries etc. since 2015. She is passionate to the point of nerdy about her work, and compassionate with her patients. As an athlete Kari has "been there" herself. She brings a very practical and creative approach to her therapy that helps take the 'overwhelming' out of recovery ("stretch it while you heat your coffee"). I am so excited to see Kari finally bring her expertise to her own company where she can fully integrate all her talents - PT, cycling, bike fitting, yoga - to name a few, in creative ways to allow more people to enjoy pain-free movement. Super corny, but her name is perfect because she really does "Kare".
