Don’t ever consider this place as an option unless you just want too be going around in circles about things they tell you they are doing and nothing was ever done for me in 8 months of seeing these clowns. No Medical Treatment was ever offered to me after being approved from my insurance that this place never wanted what was best for my badly injured knee that was the worse part. Here is the terrifying part my last and final day I ever stepped foot into a room ended with the doctor saying “You should find some other clinic to help you cause I won’t do anything for you”. I can’t believe to just post to the public how bad this clinic is I have to give them one star I’d like to rate this place as disgusting

Office staff so inept, took 3months for them to correctly request an MRI, when it showed cancer NOT A SINGLE CALL OR LETTER ADVISING CANCER!! Run away from this place and their doctors.

I can’t understand people giving any less than a 5 star review? I moved out of state 8 months ago and not a day goes by that I don’t wish I could still be under Dr Lee’s care to maintain my back pain! He is incredible in every way. He had my back pain under completely control…My back is fused but like so many people I have residual and significant pain. When I was in Kona Dr. Lee had that pain totally under control. I’m now living on the mainland and I’ve yet to find a practitioner who can even come close to resolving my back pain. The staff at Kaloko was incredible as are the nurse practitioners. Especially Jessica, thank you for your compassion and your sharp mind. I miss the schedulers, the medical assistants and the office manger. Your entire staff is truly the best. I never nee

Freaking horrible. Emily is so rude and bossy. She's not even an actual doctor. Do not recommend her at all run as fast as you can. She took horrible care of family HORRIBLE

Dr. Lee is exceptional. I had tons of anxiety over an epidural injection in my lower back because on the mainland I had these done with mild sedation, but that is not offered at Kaloko. Dr. Lee listened to my concerns, explained the current research and told me that I would be happily surprised by the outcome without sedation. He was right. He has an excellent bedside manner, discussed my MRI images and took the time to answer all of my questions. In the procedure he talked me the whole way through it, describing what I should be feeling at any given moment and before you knew it, it was over. I never felt a thing after the initial numbing medication and I was out in 25 minutes total. He even gave me a referral for a surgeon on Oahu who deals with my specific issue. Thank you Dr. Lee.
