Our visit was unfortunately misleading and damaging due to poor communication. My husband and I expected to receive exams and cleanings at the same appointment, we took time off work and drove an hour and a half to do so. Once we arrived, we were told that cleanings must be scheduled for a separate visit, which was not communicated in advance. I called to confirm beforehand that this office was contracted with Guardian and was told they successfully submitted claims with Guardian before. We paid upfront as required, but later learned submitting claims is not the same as being contracted. Our insurance reimbursement will be about 13% of what we paid, leaving us with hundreds of dollars out of pocket for a visit that normally costs us under a $20 copay. I can’t say enough great things about this dental office. The entire team is amazing — from scheduling to the actual care, everything is smooth, friendly, and incredibly thorough. The quality of the cleaning was the best I’ve ever had, and they took the time to really understand my dental history and explain how to maintain strong dental health and an overall healthier lifestyle. Within my first year on the island, I cycled through too many dentist offices trying to find the right fit. Once I found this one, I knew I’d finally landed in the right place. Now my entire family comes here, and we all feel like we’re on an optimal path with our oral health. Great value, exceptional care, and truly the best team on the island. Thank you!

I had a dental emergency on a Sunday, left a message and they returned my call at 7AM Monday and had my tooth extraction done by 1030 AM! Dr. Chris and his assistant Casey could not have been nicer and I felt comfortable the whole time. Highly recommended.
