Kaitlyn Huysman

I had my new patient visit with Kaitlyn Huysman last week at Crouse Medical Practice in Manlius. She was fantastic! She is pleasant, compassionate, knowledgeable, and kind. She spent a lot of time with me reviewing my past records, listening to my concerns, and giving professional advice. She sincerely cared about my wellbeing and I am thrilled to have her as my primary care provider. I had to wait 8 months for my first visit and it was well worth the wait. Thank you Kaitlyn for making my first visit such a pleasant one!

Wonderful experience. Dr. Huysman is amazing. She is compassionate and knowledgeable. But most importantly she literally saved my husband’s life. We recently relocated from NYC. My husband’s city doctors told him not to worry about his PSA numbers being a bit elevated. They said very common due to age, etc. He of course trusted them and followed their instructions. When we started seeing Dr.Huysman she said no, you need to see a urologist. He did and guess what, prostate cancer!! She made every arrangement for visits to urologist, testing, etc. Fortunately it was caught so early on my husband is okay. He opted for a prosectomy as he’s not a fan of radiation. He is fine now and cancer free. This is all thanks to Dr. Huysman. We are both eternally grateful.

Unbelievable. I have seen her once at her Manlius office for my initial appointment and was rescheduled twice. I had to wait 3 months to see her again just to show up to my appointment today and be told she's "not here". Third strike, I'm done. I should have taken the hint when at my very first and only appointment the reception staff were complaining loudly about her. Her lack of concern for her patients and schedule- that she keeps taking on more patients than she has time for and that she is constantly changing her schedule so patients are constantly being rescheduled. That only shows me she doesn't have any concern about her patients or their time. I don't live close and I'm sure some of her other patients don't either. Do better.
