I've been on hold for 65 minutes trying to get a billing issue resolved. I took the call to the the grocery store, did my shopping, got coffee, and got back to my house and I'm still waiting to speak with someone. Absolutely abysmal customer service.
This was my first time in the new building. I was happy with the amount of spaces in the parking garage, check in staff were cheerful, kind and helpful with clear instructions and directions. Felicia RN was excellent and I highly recommend her for mammograms.
