I can’t say enough good things about Dr Torres Gomez, she is incredibly compassionate, truly listens, and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly in a way that’s easy to understand. She is genuinely kind, and her staff is just as warm, supportive, and professional. An absolutely amazing doctor who makes you feel heard, cared for, and confident in your treatment. Absolutely recommend!

Dr. Torres was incredible when I first visited her at Valley Baptist. However, ever since she transitioned to private practice, the service has been dreadful, especially with the staff she has hired. There’s only one nurse who is genuinely kind, sweet, and compassionate towards patients. On the other hand, there’s a girl named Loni who lacks compassion and has an attitude. This is all based on a single interaction over the phone. If you’re expecting medication that requires prior authorization, be prepared to wait over a month. And don’t even get me started on calling the office. You’ll have to call over 20 times just to get someone to answer. They’ll repeatedly tell you that they’re working on getting your prior authorization done for your medication, but they won’t even call back. Inste

My mom had been experiencing symptoms since March. God knew we needed a provider that will care and listen to my mom. Dr. Karylsa Torres Gomez was able to diagnose my mom and get her the care she needed. Thanks to her she is able to be with us today. We cannot thank her enough. May God continue to bless her and the amazing staff.

She's great if all you need is a smile. I have a chronic neuromuscular disease that has acute pain from time to time. It can grow to the point of my muscles tightening down on my lungs. Before reaching that point my husband drove me to her office where I was refused service where I could get the injection I needed at $15 my specialist co-pay with my insurance she happily charged my insurance for my routine appointment therefore she also could have charged again. She sent word for me to go to the ER where it costs over $1000 co-pay. I wasn't able to get my primary physician to help because I had a neuro and she turned me down flat for any help at all. I will of course be canceling my January 21st appointment so if they read this cancel my appointment.

Great Dr. Torrez-Gomez is Truly supportive and willing to work with you building a good protocol for your epilepsy. Staff is genuine. Highly recommend.
