Dr. Knuckles is fantastic along with the staff. They make you feel like your old friends, none of that cold hurried attitude.. got to ask these questions n a hurry so I can get to the next patient. They explain everything so you understand and when you don't they take the time to explain it in a way so you do understand... If you ever have to see Dr Routh like I just had to don't be afraid he is just the same as Dr Knuckles, kind and caring. And they don't make you feel like an idiot like my "last" optometrist did.
