Justice Pharmacy

I only wish more companies had the customer service that Justice has. Every month when we go in, we are so well taken care of. They go above and beyond normal customer care. My husband was just getting released from the hospital for a pretty serious illness and the pharmacy was going to close in about 30 minutes. They called and explained that to me but I was unable to leave because I was at work and my husband was still in the hospital. They literally brought the medication to me at my work. Unbelievable and so very thankful. We couldn’t be happier with their service.

I was in urgent need of a prescription that would cure an infection I was facing at 36 weeks pregnant. I initially tried to fill my prescription at a large pharmacy in town & was met with obstacles - I couldn’t get in touch with anyone at the large pharmacy but received an alert that they wouldn’t fill the prescription for another 6 days, which would’ve been far too late and risky for my pregnancy. It was almost closing time for Justice, so while I was at the doctor, my mom called Justice to confirm that they had the medication & they confirmed. I brought the prescription to Justice and they happily filled it for me in 2 minutes, just before they closed for the evening. I visited this pharmacy, expecting a welcoming environment to fill my prescriptions. However, the staff informed me that they're currently unable to accept new customers for pain medication. While it’s disappointing, I’m ready to explore other options a bit farther away to find a pharmacy that can meet all my needs. While I understand the limitations imposed on pharmacies when it comes to dispensing controlled medications, it is important to consider the needs and well-being of individual patients. Denying service to someone in need of pain medication, regardless of their loyalty to the pharmacy, raises ethical concerns. Gary and Rebecca are wonderful folks! On a beautiful Saturday afternoon within an hour of closing time, they helped me get a prescription of my insulin pump pods after I accidentally left my spares at home before coming to town for the weekend. They called my Hometown pharmacy, got the prescription transferred and filled it, getting us out the door only ten minutes after their normal closing time. The best thing about this transaction was their smiles. They seemed to be happy to help even though they were surely tired after a long work week! Independent pharmacies are the absolute best!
