Aspen Dental - Shallotte, NC

The office staff was incredible. Everyone who played a different role were all equally professional and made sure my visit was as comfortable as possible. They welcomed questions and made sure I understood what was being explained. I will absolutely recommend this office.

I was very impressed with Aspen Dental In Shallotte, NC! Dr. Chang was very thorough but made sure she explained everything to me in a way that I understood with no confusion! She was very patient and I felt comfortable asking any and all questions I had. Her staff was also very, VERY patient and kind beginning when I walked in the door until the time I walked out after my appointment! I would recommend them to any and everyone!

Cheyenne was amazing, she was so friendly!! She got all the X-rays done fast and painless, she described everything in detail, check out was also a breeze, gave me all my options and it was a joyful visit! Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I did not receive the best service. They are highly focused on up-selling options not covered or barely covered by insurance. Went to my appointment that was scheduled at 1pm and found a note on the door that stated "closed from 12:30p-1:30p for Training". There was also someone sitting in their car that told me they had an appointment at 1pm also. I left after driving 35 mins to get there since I was on an extended lunch break and couldn't wait. Called the store and mentioned I had an appointment and the receptionist said "yes, we had a note on the door saying we would be open at 1:30p". I asked " was I supposed to sit and wait, I was on my lunch break and couldn't". She just said "do you want to reschedule"? I said "absolutely not". Being a Manager of multiple busi

Every single aspect of this office visit was PERFECT. They accommodated my scheduling requests and gave me timely Reminders in advance of my visit. I wasn't in the Waiting Room more than 5 minutes before getting called in to the Exam Room. They were very resourceful and obtained my records from a previous dentist out of town. The Hygienist was super thorough and fully explained the process to me. The dentist was gentle and very pleasant. The gal who reviewed my bill with me and scheduled future appointments was SO patient with me as we worked through my available dates. I'm looking forward to having a deep cleaning done soon. I have 100% confidence in the facility and staff.
