Alex is awesome and always makes you feel welcome. Dr. Jen is a phenomenal chiropractor who really knows her stuff, and Dr. James is just as amazing — both take the time to listen and get you feeling your best. Taylor also does a fantastic job and is incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Their chiropractic care is top-notch, and they offer shockwave therapy along with several other treatments that genuinely work. I’ve had great results, and every visit has been a positive experience. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about your health and gets real results, Coastal Integrative Health is the spot. Highly recommend!

I'm a brand new patient, but I came away from my first visit super-impressed. The staff is friendly and professional, and Dr. Jennifer was a great listener and very enthusiastic about improving my lower back injury condition. I cannot say enough good things about Coastal Integrative Health – Shallotte. Earlier this year, I received care for my back with Jarrod Rogers and Brent Henderson, and the results were outstanding. Their approach, hands-on treatment, and clearly explained home exercises made a tremendous difference, and my back pain was fully resolved. I have since returned for a neck issue, beginning care with Patrick McCauley and continuing with Brent Henderson. The consistency, communication, and quality of care across the entire team have been excellent. The staff at the Shallotte office is professional, kind, and attentive, and scheduling after my orthopedic referral was quick and seamless. I am incredibly grateful for the care I’ve received and recommend this location 100%.

After relocating to Sunset Beach, I had been searching for a new Chiropractic office to continue with my much needed maintenance and finally found Coastal Integrative Health. I had my first appointment and adjustment today and was SO pleased. I arrived with some discomfort in my neck, shoulders and lower back having not been adjusted in a while. Taylor at the front desk was kind and helpful and Dr. James was thorough in getting himself up to speed with my health and comfort level prior to working on me but did an amazing job. I left feeling much better, less tight and invigorated at being able to get back on track with my chiropractic routine. Looking forward to my next adjustment.
