I appreciate the staff and Dr Jeff for being able to see me the same day. Dr. Jeff was able to resolve my issue and help explain more about my hearing aids and the app which I appreciated very much. Everyone in the office was very nice and helpful! Highly recommend this Hearing Life office.
I had a good experience with my last visit. Receptionist was friendly and gave me time to complete my paperwork. The doctor was informative and took his time to discuss the findings of my hearing test weren't pushy on products. Definitely would go back again.
Appointment went great. I did have a couple questions but have not heard back. I will call in the morning
Jeff addressed my concerns and downloaded updated firmware. I highly recommend Hearing Life in Shallotte
Took my father (returning patient) for a hearing test. Everyone was very so friendly! Jeff took his time to explain the extent of my father’s hearing loss and what he can expect with his new top of the line hearing aids (that were at a great price). 5 stars isn’t enough. Thank you!
