The doctor provided me a sheet of paper showing me some exercises to perform. However, he failed to provide me any instructions how to perform these exercises correctly to avoid further pain/discomfort and/or injury and the equipment, ie rubber bands which should have provided under worker's compensation rules/guidelines.

Dr Bell is an exceptional physician. I saw him for a pre surgical visit. He took the time to answer all my questions and to explain the surgical steps for a complete knee replacement. I would strongly Recommend him to to anyone in need of a great orthopedist.
