Poor, unprofessional scheduling communication. I had an intake appointment listed on my calendar for a month ahead only to be told 10min before I got there I was somehow 30min late and that Dr. Perry was "very annoyed" and that I would be charged a broken appointment fee and couldn't be seen for almost two months from now. No appointment reminders/confirmation calls or texts beforehand either, apparently they "only do reminders for cleanings." Guess he doesn't need any new patients, good thing there are lots of other dentists to choose from.

Dr. Perry and his team are Great! I am fortunate to have a behind the scenes perspective of both his patients and his work. I have been impressed with his artistry, professionalism and communication. I am convinced he wants the best for his patients, and we look forward to working towards that shared goal in the future.

I wish I had found Dr. Perry years ago. After being told by 3 other dentists my teeth under my crowns had to be extracted, he fixed them in two trips. Not only has he saved my teeth he has saved me thousands of dollars. His is gentle, compassionate, and lighthearted, as is his staff. I barely felt the needle.

Dr. Perry is GREAT! He is always happy and upbeat, often whistling while he works. If you call his office after hours, he will be the voice on the voice mail recording, and gives you a way to contact him in case you have a dental emergency. I'm glad to know that he is available should I ever need him.

I spoke with someone from this office on the 5th, reminding me of my appointment today at 11. I had a miss call from them yesterday which I was unable to answer I was at work. Luckily I called back this morning before driving 30 minutes to the dentistry. I was told “It’s policy if we can’t get a hold of you the day before we cancel it” when I mentioned I had already had a appointment reminder i was rudely told “well there are two people who call and that’s me and one other girl and she didn’t talk to you either” Then is was “COVID rules” well I have been to this office while COVID was going on and did a COVID screening in my car 30 mins before My appointment. it’s neither here or there honestly if you like unorganized and people calling you a liar this is the one for you!
