One month out from my highly complex vision rhinoplasty and I'm glad I went with Dr Jose Barrera at MD Facial Plastic Surgeon. Dr Jose Barerra, Dr Boochoon and the staff did a wonderful job and I'm very happy with the results! The week after was not painful at all - I took two very low dosage non rx grade pain killers the whole time and was just fine. I started light work again two days after surgery (day three probably would have been better lol). I was mostly able to breathe through my nose the whole time (though I was definitely very congested for the first 4-5 days). It's a very professional place that does a wonderful job and the doctors are great listeners.

Dr. Barrera performed a deep plane neck and face lift, brow lift, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty and fat buccal removal.I have had IPL laser and Erbium YAG laser procedures as well as dysport injections. Every interaction with Dr. Barrera leaves me feeling more and more confident that we have made the right choices for my transformation journey. And while it has truly been a transformation, I still feel like I recognize myself. He has had an incredible professional journey and has even opened his own surgery center.
