Leaving 1 star is being generous here, this is legitimately the worst medical practice I have EVER received care from in all my 31 years of living. ”Receiving care” is also being generous here, they were so quick to schedule me for a sleep study and diagnose me and then they completely went ghost and I still haven’t received any of the medication Dr. Lira prescribed and it’s been nearly 2 MONTHS. Every review you read on this place describes the same issue and it’s unreal that this place is still in business, i’m not even the type of person that goes out of their way to write a review but I felt like this needed to go somewhere since the staff absolutely could not care less. The insurance will statt chaging me because i could not mske appoinment, i call over 100 times no response they do t rerurn calls. Why dr lira is not telling the employees to answe phone calls...this ridiculous, they seem not to give a dama about patients....

The WORST customer service we have ever experienced! The staff does not reply to voice messages and hardly receives direct calls from patients. My husband urgently needed his CPAP supplies but never got them because according to the supplier, they’ve been trying to contact Dr. Lira’s office to no avail. What a huge disappointment, a far cry from our former pulmo (Dr. Sazon) whom we had to replace for insurance reasons.

If I could give this practice zero stars I would. Just like the other reviewers, I wanted to add that the front desk staff never answers the phone nor returns calls. Don’t bother coming here. The girls at the front desk spend the day chatting and ignore phone calls, which has been personally witnessed by my parent who was trying to follow up in person on a CPAP referral for my 90 year old grandparent, since our calls were going unanswered.

Avoid by all means. The staff must be family members because there is no way you can run a legitimate establishment the way they are. They all need to be fired. The ratings speaks for themselves. They NEVER answer the phone. It's extremely difficult to get an appointment, because no one answers the phone. They only make calls to get your insurance information and that's it. Why even have a number if your never going to answer. They also NEVER return voicemail that you leave. If you have an appointment, just watch how the ladies at the window sit there and only make out going calls. I can't imagine this establishment staying in business long unless they clean house or at bare minimum start to answer their phones and actually respond to their patients.
