Jordan Valley Health - Republic

I called the office yesterday morning because our two-year-old was having complications from a double ear infection after amoxicillin failed to work. We were told we could be seen at 7:40 a.m. We arrived 10 minutes early and were placed in an exam room. We then sat there for well over an hour with a screaming toddler in obvious, agonizing pain—without a single provider coming in or offering any guidance on next steps. When I stepped into the hallway, the staff was standing around laughing and joking instead of tending to patients. Only after we decided to leave were we told they were “about to come in,” which felt like nothing more than an attempt to save face. We left and went to urgent care, where they immediately recognized the seriousness of the situation and had us in and out within

Called to see if they have a pediatrician in office today and was told yes but can't see my daughter because her pcp is at the tampa location. Yet on their door it says "walk ins welcome "........ not the first time I've been turned down at this republic location specifically! I take my kids to the grand location as a walk in and im seen no problems within 30 mins but not the republic location!!! Wouldn't recommend going there. They always say they can't unless her pcp was at their location..... but all the other locations have no issues seeing walk ins!

Never received the care I needed. The Dental Assistant Britney was not empathetic whatsoever and entitled. Made me drive multiple times just to cancel on me as soon as I show up.

The dental side us awful. They constantly say your kids have cavities and want to fill them. We were told my son had 4 cavities. I got a second opinion and he had zero. I do NOT recommend their dentist. The medical team is wonderful.

Called to see about walkins for shot boosters close to noon. They advise yeah, no problem., just walk in we'll get you taken care of. I get there right before noon & they proceed to tell me that everyone's gone for lunch from 12 - 1. First off, would have been nice to be told that on the phone. Second it's not noon!
