Hines Street Pharmacy

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worse pharmacy ever. They routinely screw my meds up. They send you messages your meds are ready and they aren’t. They are rude and will not take responsibility for their screw ups. They change people out left and right, which means they are probably terrible to work for. If you want to do yourself a disservice, get your meds here. They will also make you pay higher amounts, because they can charge you whatever they want. I hate Walmart, but they are more consistent. Sad.

This place is amazing. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. The pharmacists Greg and Blaine always give me a generous amount of their time anytime I have any questions and that’s something I really appreciate. I’d recommend this local pharmacy over any other.

They used to be great, but the owner WILL NOT reply to emails or call back to discuss recent issues. Edit: Owner immediately reached out to me, and we have now resolved the issues. I feel like he genuinely heard me out and I have full confidence he will fix this. The spam filters on Gmail are to blame for miscommunication so if anyone else has that issue check the spam folder, he actually emailed be back in less than 24 hours I just never saw it.

Literally in my book hines street Pharmacy is one of the best small business. I have and still with . Yes . I have been with the big name one which guess they think they don't have to treat you right. But hines wow so far they treat you like family which that's how a place is supposed to treat a person so if you ever need a fantastic Pharmacy Hines Street Pharmacy is the only way to go wish . I could do a 10 stars and even there employees are very nice and awesome thank you all

Hines Street Pharmacy is excellent in all areas. Customer service is outstanding!! One of the pharmacists stayed a little late a few days ago during the winter storm for us to pick up an urgent Rx. We were so thankful!!
