CoxHealth Fitness Center Republic

I absolutely love Cox Fitness Center in Republic. From the first day I walked in there, it has always been a welcoming and non-judgmental experience. Sherri, the manager, makes sure all of the equipment is in top shape. She also teaches and helps with recommendations. Leslie is always helping members and is great at introducing people to everything available to them. Julie, one of the instructors, is fantastic. I love the way she adapts classes so everyone can enjoy them while still providing a challenge and encouraging us to do our best. In addition to 24/7 access, this fitness center has members of all ages. I have found that the members always seem willing to help and encourage each other as well. I highly recommend this place.

Julie is the BEST! I can’t say enough amazing things about Julie as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. Her classes are always high-energy, fun, and packed with full-body workouts that leave you feeling strong, energized, and proud. I genuinely hate missing a class—she brings so much positive energy that it’s something I look forward to every week. I have been attending classes with Julie since February. She is terrific! She relates so well to older adults, as well as young people. I love the friendly staff, and the machines are well kept and always available. Great job!

I've worked at or have been a member at many gyms and this is my favorite. Great space, always clean, variety of equipment offered (everything I need in the free weight area as well as smooth machines), great group exercise room/ equipment, it's never too busy (compared to other gyms I've been at), and the MEMBERS ARE THE BEST!

CoxHealth fitness center in Republic is the best! From the staff, to the members, everyone is so friendly and supportive. The facility is always so clean and there is a great variety of equipment and classes! I would absolutely recommend.
