I brought my kids here today. I work in healthcare so I am pretty well acquainted with HIPPA and the privacy policies. From in the waiting room, I could hear entire conversations with the provider and patients. This included health history, height and weight, medications, etc. This information should not be able to be overheard by anyone in the waiting area. There is a thin door between the waiting area and the exam space. This is not an effective provision of privacy.

Office has issues with scheduling appointments. Family member has had issues more than once. Today, showed up for appointment, that was on a reminder card, and they are closed..... They also schedule their appointments, when they are right, opposite of when persons medicine is out. In turn they go without their meds for two or three days. As of this date, we are looking elsewhere for medical care.

Don’t waste your time. As others have mentioned they have a serious scheduling problem. I showed up for a scheduled appointment and was told the only thing they had in their system for me was my name and phone number. I was informed the physician was not even in and that I could go chase him down or I could wait and “maybe” he would be back. Veterinarian clinics are nicer and ran more efficient than this place.

I've never had a problem getting in to see the Dr. They are very nice and treat you like you matter.
