Everyone at this office was beyond friendly. They treated us like we mattered even during our first visit, which was an emergency. They treated our Lily with compassion and care. Her surgery went well and she's on the road to recovery. Thanks to Dr Chamness and the entire staff!!

Whether it's a yeast infection, a fungus, Bacteria allergy or even something better to feed him Doctor looked at it one time said it's cancer. We have to cut it out. They printed out the bill (140). Along with the estimate fourteen hundred dollars provided , there are no complications... Several other veterinarians stated that I don't see how they can say it was cancer without a test. Our family is very disappointed with the services this place offered. I am very familiar with knee surgeries, as I’ve had several dogs undergo both TPLO and suture-style knee surgeries. Unfortunately, my dog’s surgery did not go well, and the money spent was not worth it. In fact, it made his condition worse. My dog had previously had a TPLO on one knee. The doctor said he would perform a suture-style surgery on the other knee, but it later turned out that the angle of my dog’s leg was not suitable for that type of procedure. The first vet who performed the TPLO was very clear that a suture-style surgery was not in this dog’s best interest because of the leg angle. Despite this, the vet took my dog in and performed the surgery the same day. I was never shown an X-ray, nor was I given prope

We've been taking our cats to Jonesborough Animal for two decades and have witnessed a steep decline in care quality in recent years. This week proved to be our last straw. Our diabetic tuxedo cat needed a glucose check. Yes, we were late getting it done, but the weather hampered us for over two weeks (we're both disabled). First we were told that if we can't follow Jonesborough Animal's treatment plan then we should euthenuze our cat at age 12. Note: we are on a fixed income but our cat has never gone without insulin. Then the techs took him back for a glucose check. The vet rushed back in moments later to yell at us about "what a bad boy" our pet was is and that "if any blood was shed it would've been the staff's." Extremely unprofessional to say the least.
