Ingles Pharmacy

OUTSTANDING service by pharmacist working tuesday 30 dec. I've been working thru a bad medicine reaction for 3 weeks with others. Switched to Ingles pharmacy today and the pharmacist took the time to talk to me, explain issues to look for and looked around my list of current meds to make sure no other reactions occur. First time I've felt listened to since this started. Goodnjob Ingles! You gained a new client in your Pharmacy and I will recommend you to all!

Ingles Pharmacy in Jonesborough is by far the best pharmacy in town. We had an issue with our doctors office and insurance. The doctor refused to see my husband to get his mental health med refilled and also refused to call in a 3 day emergency supply. We went to the pharmacy and told them what was going on. The pharmacist on duty was diligent and able to get the authorization for the emergency supply. Please keep in mind that stopping this med cold turkey can cause death. The doctor didn't care but our pharmacy did! Thank you to all the staff in the pharmacy for caring and providing superior customer care!

First I would like to say that most of the employees are super friendly and helpful. That being said I was in the store today and seen the deli manager her name started with an A shove a sign in an employees face and make her sign it. This employee was in the middle of helping a customer. I have seen this manger on several occasions be mean and hateful to employees and customers alike. This is uncalled for behavior. If I see her when I go in there I will turn around and leave. The store manager Neil is awesome and will not ask his employees to do anything he is not willing to do himself. Thank you Neil I wished all your managers were like you!

The staff here are very kind and courteous, I never have to wait on my prescriptions, and they will answer any questions or concerns.
